The Uk Government makes multi millions of Dollars a day in tax revenue form what comes out of Scottish waters. They wont give that up without a fight. Every time indpendance rears its head Westminster comes up with countless reasons why it is better for the Scots, Welsh and the Northen Irish to remain part of a United Kingdom. They can't bear to part with us! They want to cling on to Scotland for all the Billions of dollars worth of oil and gas that are in Scottish waters.
